The RCB Spelling Bee 2025 was held on 22nd June 2025 at the Rotary Club of Bangalore and was organised by the Youth Services Committee to promote linguistic skills and celebrate spelling excellence among students of Grades 4, 5, and 6. The competition saw the participation of 160 students from 18 schools.
Nine students from Bishop Cotton Boys’ School took part in the event:
Grade IV:

- Aryamann Gaine
Grade V:
- Dishan Rajesh
- Arya Ghosh
- Reuben John Kumar
Grade VI:
- Jeremiah Samuel
- Nathan Jacob George
- Ayaan Palaria
All participants competed in a written qualifier round featuring multiple-choice vocabulary and spelling questions. Two of our students, Aryamann Gaine (Grade IV) and Jeremiah Samuel (Grade VI), advanced to the semi-finals.
Aryamann Gaine continued his winning streak by excelling in the oral semi-final round and advanced to the finals, where he secured 2nd place overall, earning a medal and a gift voucher.
We congratulate all our participants for their commendable efforts and celebrate Aryamann’s outstanding achievement!
