A Parents’ Orientation for the Junior Wing (Classes IV and V) was held on 9th June 2025 in the Bishop George Edward Lynch Auditorium. The session was designed to introduce parents to the ethos of the school and to familiarize them with the curriculum, teaching methodology, assessment pattern, school rules, and policies.
The programme began with a time of praise and worship, followed by a Scripture reading and prayer, invoking God’s blessings for the new academic year. Parents were presented with a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation outlining the implementation of the board pattern in the curriculum, along with glimpses of various hybrid activities conducted during the 2024–25 academic year.
Our esteemed Principal, Mr. Alistair R. A. Freese, addressed the gathering with warmth and clarity. He provided valuable insights into the academic structure for the year ahead and effectively communicated the school’s expectations and the shared responsibilities of students, parents, and teachers. His address was both informative and engaging, and he interacted with the parents throughout the session.
The orientation concluded with the National Anthem. Parents responded positively to the session, expressing appreciation for the clarity and transparency provided. The event served to strengthen the bond between home and school and assured parents of a collaborative and enriching journey ahead.
